Two Day Workshop: An Example
This two-day workshop on leadership and people management skills training is designed for anyone who has responsibility for the management of people. A maximum of 10 per course is recommended.
Your managers will:
- Have a better understanding of their managerial role and responsibilities
- Have practised a range of communication and influencing skills which should make for more effective relationships
- Be more aware of their present management style(s), but also be willing and able to adopt a wider range of styles where appropriate
- Be better able to manage and lead staff with an aim to increase both performance and job satisfaction.
This in-house training course can be designed to meet your specific needs and is endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). The ILM is the UK's foremost professional body in the field of leadership and development. After attending this workshop, there is an option for participants to receive a Development Award (certificate) from the ILM.
