- The same team of psychologists can work in partnership with you to design selection tools, including psychometrics and Assessment Centres, which will give you the confidence that your hiring/promotion decisions are based on fair methods which support your Equality and Diversity policy. At SML we tailor our solutions to your unique culture. We can also train your own managers or assessors to work together with, or even to replace, external assessors.
Talent Reviews and Succession Planning
