Bespoke blended learning solutions

We believe that blended learning is the answer to delivering training nationally or globally whilst keeping costs to a minimum.

By blended learning, we mean creating a bespoke mix of face-to-face, Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT) and on-line and off-line tools for self-study.  Our designers pick and mix the best combination of delivery methods to maximise your Return on Investment (RoI).

SML have evaluation studies to show that VILT can be as effective and engaging for delegates as face-to-face.  Indeed, some delegates prefer virtual training, even though they may have hated e-learning which used to be the main alternative to classroom training!  As a side-product of VILT, delegates working in diverse locations also learn how to communicate better when working virtually via e-mail, video conferencing and conference calls.  The self-study aspect of blended learning comprises a mix of relevant on-line and off-line tools such as webinars, webcasts, e-learning, e-mentoring, podcasts and videos as well as the use of social media - Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn
