Our courses cover all aspects of communication – verbal, non-verbal and emails. They can be run as a one or a two day course, for staff at any level, in any occupation, and can be pitched at introductory or advanced level, according to your business needs. The workshop is highly participative. Our approach is pragmatic yet based on sound psychological research. We usually take up to a maximum of 10 per course.

In-house 2-day training courses can be designed to meet your specific needs and are endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM). The ILM is the UK's foremost professional body in the field of leadership and development. After attending this workshop, there is an option for participants to receive a Development Award (certificate) from the ILM.
