Our workshops are designed to promote Customer Focus, in other words a consistently professional service whether the customer is internal or external. The course aims include:
- Empowering and enabling staff to take ownership of problems/requests presented by both internal and external clients
- Managing customer expectations in a way which will improve customers’ perception of the service being provided
- Encouraging co-operation and collaboration across teams so that they can create ways to enhance current service levels and minimise the occurrence of repetitive preventable problems.
Up to 10 participants attend this highly interactive and pragmatic
one-day workshop, using relevant and realistic scenarios. The morning is devoted to reflection and theory on how client relationships can be developed and the afternoon sessions are devoted to skills practice (mainly role-plays and demonstrations).
We can also tailor this course to include more telephone techniques for:
- staff working in call centres
- dedicated customer service teams
- providing a culturally sensitive client service remotely
