New membership route for CIPD

The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) has unveiled a new Experience Assessment route to membership, which will enable experience HR professionals to gain membership at Associate CIPD, Chartered MCIPD and Chartered FCIPD level. The route has been designed to reflect diverse career paths as people increasingly enter HR from other disciplines, choose to specialise in one particular area of the profession or pursue less linear HR careers. Both HR generalists and specialists will be able to use the route.
