SML Training & Consultancy is a company of business psychologists specialising in the design and delivery of innovative bespoke development solutions to clients across the globe.

The Company is set up to deliver high quality training, specialising in ‘people skills’, training, coaching and HR/OD consultancy.

The company have been established since 1980 and our core team of Consultant Trainers work together with our Associate Trainers as a team of equals, each bringing different skills and knowledge to our clients.

Working regularly in the public sectors, SML keep informed of new government and local government initiatives, policies and practice.  Also by working in the voluntary and private sector, they are able to pass on examples of best practice to all clients.

SML Training & Consultancy comply with all aspects of the BS EN ISO9001 International Standard for Quality and have a Quality Management System (QMS) currently in place. They have been registered with BSI since 15^th February 2007.
